Residential and Commercial Septic and Holding Tank Pumping

Servicing the needs of the West Nipissing and surrounding areas since 1991, we continue to offer septic and holding tank pumping and sewage disposal services.

Septic systems require a certain amount of maintenance to function properly. At a minimum, the tank should be pumped out on a regular basis (every 2 to 3 years) to prevent the build-up of solid material.

Pumping the system every 2 to 3 years keeps the tank free of chemicals that might change the bacterial make-up. However, no septic system will last forever and usage and time will eventually cause failure. If the tank is not pumped on a regular basis, it will plug your field bed. You can be sure that it is a lot more expensive to replace your field bed than to have it pumped out every two years!

High Pressure Flushing and Drain Cleaning

Whether the need calls for a flusher with high flow, a low pressure jet to remove sand, soap build-up and light debris or a high pressure 4000psi low flow jet to blast roots and hard debris, West Nipissing Sanitation has the exact equipment and the qualified staff to unblock your pipes, flush them, pump them out quickly and let you get back to business.

When sewer lines are clogged with various items, over time the lines will crack. Build up forms around the walls of the pipe; shrinking the diameter thus inhibiting flow. High pressure flushing cuts through the build-up; bringing the pipe back to its original state.

Toilet Rentals and Services

West Nipissing Sanitation has been renting and servicing portable toilets since our inception. No requirement is too great or too small! We supply toilets to meet a variety of needs, including weekend get-togethers, concert, weddings, outdoor events, and construction sites. Whatever the venue, we have the equipment and people to help make your event successful.

Our rental units include:

  • Single units: These are the classic units made of hygienic solid plastic construction. They can have either a urinal or wash station installed.
  • Handicap units: We supply units for the disabled that conform to all regulations, with rails and ramp.
  • Washstand units: We have a small variety of washstand units- single and/or multiple stands that can combine into one four-way unit. We also have washstand units housed within portable toilet shells.

If you need help figuring out how many units you need and/or would like information on the various units and pricing please contact us.

Hydro Vacuum Excavation

Hydro Excavation is a productive no-destructive excavation means that can reduce your risk of damage to lines and utilities.

Through hydro vacuum technology, underground utilities, such as buried natural gas, petroleum pipeline, water mains, fibre optic lines, cables etc…, can be exposed by using pressurized water which liquefies the soil cover. The resulting residue is then drawn into a vacuum debris hose and stored in a debris tank positioned inside the hydro excavator.

Septic Tank Risers

Eliminate Digging and Provides Both Easy to Find and Open for Service

Tired of digging up your backyard every 2 to 3 years so you can have your septic tank pumped?

“Risers enable easy access to your tank”.

Having easy access to the septic tank is the first step to routine maintenance. For tanks that are buried in the ground it is a very good idea to install access risers, which extends the tank lids to or near the surface. Should there be a need to access the tank during the winter, risers will make the job much easier. Installing a septic tank riser is a unique way of avoiding any problems or inconvenience. By installing a permanent elevated access, you can mark the spot in your lawn with nothing but an inconspicuous green cover. Risers not only make easy access, they are also specially sealed in order to keep away any unpleasant odours that you normally encounter when unearthing your tank.
